This is for WT challenge to make a camping card. I also decided to use this for Sharon's VSN zoo challenge and my animal is a bear. Of course I really pushed the hour time limit...don't know why I chose to do masking, coloring, sponging, and...make it a shaker card..what was I thinking?? Anyway I got it done...not counting the time it took to find my acetate.
Here's my zoo story: I am fortunate to have a wonderful zoo here in St. Paul. It's called Como Zoo and there's also a conservatory, a large pavilion, kiddie rides, and a lake. I often go there to walk around the lake. As a child we would go there (it's about 25 mi from my hometown) and see the animals and have a picnic. Our favorites were Sparky the Seal ( they must be on their 6th or 7th Sparky now) and the huge polar bear. I love the place!

That's a lot going on in your card! I see YOgi is about to steal another picnic basket! I love that you made this a shaker...I adore them! Great job, Polly!

Oh my, even just the shaker part would push me over the time limit, by the time I messed around with trying to de-static it and I don't know if it's just me but I always seem to spent about 15 minutes just trying to get fingerprints and dust off my acetate! I love this set, I remember favouriting a card you made with it last year. The bear sure has found a treat in that unattended picnic basket.
I have to say I love the sentiment too. It never gets hot enough here to get that pine smell in the air, but we know it well from France and this year in Zakynthos too, we love it.

I love that you created a shaker card for the VSN. I can't seem to do them too quick and when I have to do them for VSN they usually don't turn out great. Super camping scene too.
