I'm just a bit late to the VSN party, but I found that Lisa's challenge coordinated quite well with today's clean and simple challenge. I made a Valentine with these lines from Edgar Allan Poe's Annabel Lee.
I don't remember what grade I was in when I chose to memorize and recite this poem before my class. I do remember stretches of it to this day. A little over a year ago, my daughter's class had to do the same. I was tempted to try again...I didn't, for her sake. It's hard to have your Mom work at your school. It probably would have been totally embarrassing!
For the CAS challenge, we were to emboss with a die...which I did on my focal layer. Don't call the challenge police because I forgot and then embossed my base layer with a folder. (It was an afterthought).
Thanks for looking!

Oh my! The embossing around your sentiment is sublime! This is one gorgeous Valentine! I still remember bits of 'The Highwayman' from school. Funny what sticks and what doesn't! :-)
