This card is for today's Technique Challenge. I decided to approach it a little differently but I surrender to the Challenge police if necessary. I thought it would be quicker to stamp two different background stamps and cut them into four equal pieces, that way I have enough for two cards. I put something away in my scrap box and while I was looking through it, I found two different background pieces with the same color tones, so I stamped my two different backgrounds onto them. Then I layered on my greeting piece.

The piecing gives you a neat edging to your panels, too. I found that no matter how carefully I masked and thought I'd left an overlap to avoid the halo effect, I still got it. So I decided to forgo perfect . Those little snails are just so, so cute.
