This fun pineapple was one of my more recent Unity (I'm obsessed) purchases and I was going to use it for Monday's "tropical paradise" CAS challenge, but never got a chance. That's okay, though, because the "Lemony Yellow" challenge for VSN was a good excuse to make a two-fer! I grabbed a fistful of Crayola markers and used them to watercolor (scribble and go back in with a wet brush). This may be my new favorite way to color anything! I also colored the mat panel with the same markers. Fun times, and thanks for looking!

Wow! That sounds like a fast way to watercolor!!! It looks marvelous and not like marker at all! Your pineapple is a hoot! Love those glasses! I agree I am obsessed with them as well!!! Thanks so much for playing along with my challenge!

This is gorgeous! I'm amazed that you watercolored this with Crayola markers. What kind of Watercolor paper do you use? I haven't found anything that I like yet.
