Believe me this looks better in real life! My first ever VSN upload! Not sure I will be able to upload any more in real time but I wanted to throw my glove in the ring so to speak. The 'grill marks' are from the technique where you wrap something in string or twine and coat it with paint and roll it across your paper. I'm sure it has a name but I don't remember it. :-)

Super Christmas card. I can't remember the name either but I know that I did this on one of my cards with a snowman. It really is a fun technique and you did great.
What a perfect technique for grilling marks! You are so creative! Well done! I am glad you are playing this time. I think the first challenge I ever did on SCS was a VSN challenge. I have been hooked ever since. Something about us all being on here in real time and doing the challenges at the same time!

Anne,
Great job on the technique!! It was my challenge in Falliday Fest to do this technique!! Isn't it fun. Try it with eyelash yarn, such a cool look!!
This is one of the techniques I learned in one of the challenges taught but Sis Ann and I had so much fun with it . Made lots of bkgs and I pretty much used them all up too . Yours came out magnificent!!
