Great challenge to take out all my favorite coloring stuff, I stamped the image, sentiment and grid using the masking technique with vintage sepia and ganache, started to color with a q-tip soaked into odorless white spirit and take up bits of color to color the cottage and all around the cottage.
after that I used alcohol markers to highlight the cottage and fence, used stabilos to make the flowers around the house and the fence, inked up the border with brown pigment ink pad, used gel pen to high light the windows, glued die cuts and tied raffia around the card and glued it onto a yellow linen base

Great job on this! WOW I'm impressed by all your coloring mediums (applied with a q-tip no less!)....thanks for posting the picture..fun to see. That image you chose to color is so sweet and I really like the leaves on the side. I'm glad you played along today ;)

I love the way you used the canvas-like stamp as a background, it makes this look like an embroidered sampler, which works so well with the sentiment too.
