Ways to Use It Challenge- Simplicity Day inspired by Henry David Thoreau
I made a simple card using an environmental focus. I also recycled. Yesterday I remade an old card, but I also have a box of card parts from cards I literally pulled apart and kept only the parts I liked. I recycled the main image with the paper clip and ribbon. I must have really disliked the original card because I canÂ’t find it in my gallery lol. So no link today.

I love that phrase. I love house plants. I love the color pink. And I love this cad!
I think all of your gallery entries are an example of Thoreau’s simplicity. You definitely make use of your fabulous SU! library. I admire you for it. And I often take a trip down memor lane remembering the past. For instance, that Mambo ribbon - I remember making some fun creations with it and being excited about Mambo as a color to get to use. (It’s still one of my faves)
Great card today, truly in the spirit of the holiday.

This is so heartfelt Jen; especially with the pink and green colors you used. I am chuckling about you reusing items from a previous card and how you must not have liked the original card because you cannot find it. That is upcycling at its best! I would never have known at all. This sentiment is a true favorite of mine and it completes this card beautifully! ~Karen.
