I liked the balloon card I posted earlier today so much that I thought I would try one with the MFT Color challenge colors and just a bit of variation. On a panel slightly smaller than my card front, I sponged the balloons, masking the cs and the stencil as needed (with post-it tape). Added string lines with a micro pen, stamped the sentiment, stamped some clusters of stars, and then die cut some tiny stars from glitter cs and added those also (the white sparkly ones- hard to see the sparkle in the pic). Adhered to card front.

I've seen these fabulous stencilled balloons a lot lately and they never disappoint - so bright and realistic looking and festive. Love your glittery stars too; a bit of bling always says 'party'! Thanks for joining in our 400th challenge celebrations at The Paper Players.
