I made these for the Fan Club Christmas Challenge! I've been having so much fun being a part of the challenge this year & the bonus is I'll have a bunch of Christmas cards finished in plenty of time for Christmas this year.
This is also for the Featured Stamper challenge & I chose THIS to case. I kept the same colors & layout w/ a central image, but I used all die cuts, added a few layers & changed it to a Christmas card.
To make my card, I die cut the Merry Christmas once in white & once in red then pieced the red parts into the white outline. The solid mittens were die cut in white & the toppers were cut once in red & again in black & pieced. I die cut the wonky square then used the smaller size to cut the middle out & make a frame. The black print is part of a folded card. I bought the box of printed cards a long while back & I've used them more as papers on another card than as cards themselves. The red polka dot print is part of a Pebbles pad.
Thanks so much for looking! Closeups & the inside are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Oh, Julie, what a fabulous card! I LOVE the mittens and also love the "Merry" with snow on top! Beautifully done, and I see that you bought those wonky stitched dies from Gina Marie Designs. Just love her prices! Fabulous card, my friend, and it has been fun building up our stash for Christmas! Hugs and love! xoxo

I have seen some gorgeous patterned paper cards, what a great idea to use them as paper instead of the card base! Your Merry looks fabulous with the white outline! Beautiful card!
