Jeanne is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week, and she has asked us to make a card with the beautiful combination of Flirty Flamingo, Bermuda Bay and So Saffron. The dessert option this week is "balloons." I get a half-serving of dessert this week: only one balloon.
Sometimes I will buy a stamp set, and months later it still hasn't seen ink. Not this time. I picked this set up this morning, and it was inky within a couple of hours! Aren't these little bears just adorable!
This card is pretty self-explanatory. Stamped and cut out the images and colored them with Copic markers. I cut a piece of So Saffron DS paper slightly smaller than the frame, and then repeatedly stamped the "Happy Birthday" sentiment alternating Bermuda Bay and Flirty Flamingo inks. Glued the collage frame to the DS paper and attached a layer of fun foam behind it, then glued this to the card base. Attached the bears with Dimensionals, touched their eyes and noses with a black glaze pen, and covered the balloon, cupcake frosting, heart and gift with my glitter brush. Added a couple of enamel dots and a rhinestone, and called it good!
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

Yup, totally love those bears! This is adorable Barbara! Love the frame to house each of those cuties and the repeat sentiment. A fun and delightful card!

this is so cute Barbara- love the collage frame and your line-up of bears. I also like how you stamped your sentiment - this is a creative birthday card
