This is for today's F4A435 just over the hollar. I live in the state of Missouri, and my late husband was from Arkansas. His family farmed, and this image takes me back to the days when we went down to visit. I learned immediately how hard farmers work, and how Grandma cooked ALL DAY LONG to feed the hungry men who came in from the fields. They had a hard life, but it was filled with love. Many good memories.
Thanks for taking a closer look. I appreciate it.

This is a beautiful, evocative image and your strip of designer paper sets it off very nicely. I love reading books about the lives farmers used to live when family farms were the norm. Wonderful tribute to your husband's family!

I'm sure glad to NOT live on a farm!! Your card is wonderful with the barn and the harlequin print.

Wonderful card! I love traveling through AR and seeing all the old farm houses (especially the really old run down ones; they make great photography subjects). The barn on your card is built exactly like the one that was behind my mom and dad's house for many many years. Although it did not belong to our family my sister and I climbed into the hay loft many times and sat watching the country side.
