If I could spend every day of my summer gazing at a scene like this, I would be a happy camper - and clearly, I am still in my flamingo phase....she's just so perfect for summer cards!
Triple stamped and die cut the flamingo. Triple stamped the flowers/leaves and fussy cut (did not buy the dies, YET!) Die cut a white stitched frame slightly smaller than my card front. On the piece that came from the opening I sponged a sand, sea and sunset bg with DI - masking for the sun and at one point the water, stamped for some texture in the sand and water. Removed the sun mask and sponged a bit of color there so it wouldn't look so white. Stamped the sentiment (taken from 2 sets) and adhered this to the card front. Popped up the white frame with dimensionals, and adhered the flamingo, flowers and leaves - also with dimensionals. Added clear enamel dots.
