A fun wedding card - I punched the lower border in CC adding ribbon around the centre, securing under the panel. Added an embossed circle off the corner. I started with a plain rectangle for the centre but saw the lovely die cut in my 'bits & bobs' box and just had to use it. I punched a cream border for the centre panel and added the bells with a hand cut background of CC. A bow and some words completed the centre panel, and it was popped up with foam pads. For balance I used the SU Owl Punch 'eyes' for the small circles.

Lovely and colorful. The swirls are a nice addition.
