I took inspiration from the colors in this pillow.
I used Power Poppy stamps, and colored my images with Copic markers. Full details of stamps used, technique, etc. are on my blog Paper Arts Cafe.

WOW! Lynda, this is GORGEOUS! I love your work, and your no-line coloring of the roses is exquisite! Yes, it does look like a lovely collector's plate, and I love how you've used a form of "out-of-the-box" technique with the rose on the right.
