Congrats to Jeri aka Ssampmontana is the featured stamper this week. I found this card yesterday in her gallery that I wanted to case: Inspired by by stampmontana at Splitcoaststampers
I like the layered border on her card and today I have layers of embossed washi tape on my card which fits the TLC challenge. It also qualifies for the CAS challenge. I have a challenge due at QKR Stampede so this is for that challenge, as well.

Oh my, Shirley! What a striking patriotic card! I love the scarf around the doggie's neck, beautiful washi tape with embossing, and the sentiment! This is a fantastic piece of artwork, my friend! Love it!

What a GREAT patriotic card...love your washi layers and embossing over top, but what really caught my eye was that cute doggie image...looking so like my DD's doggies. Her birthday is at the very end of June...might have to CASE you Shirley...she'd love this, as I do!

Love the punny sentiment to go with your cute image. Great job matching all your layers of colors from cardstock to washi to coloring - not an easy feat especially with reds!
