I used the oxide inks to stencil the balloons. Stamped and heat embossed the sentiment, then die cut the panel with the wonky rectangles and attached using fun foam on a yellow card base.

happy happy happy 65th. I will be 66 in about a month. where does the time go????? well, better than the alternative. I love your card, it is just perfect. nice white space with the bright balloons.
