I loved the use of black, blue and white in this image here...
...and also was inspired by Shery's use of her butterfly stencil in this card here. Shery posted her card in honor of Stamploration's 5th birthday celebration (congrats Shery). I focused more on the use of the open spaces and the blues in the bg.
Sponged around my stencil (moved it twice), splattered with water and blotted, stamped some of the corresponding stamps from Trendy Butterflies (leaving some spaces open), stamped the sentiment, matted with black and adhered to card front. I love this stencil/stamp combo of Sheri's.

I do love that color combo, Maura, and the card with stencilling, sponging, splattering, and stamping (the four esses) is so beautiful.
