Just a simple one for this week's inspiration challenge, I was trying for a translucent look to the umbrella seen here so, instead of coloring it,I used some grey markers to trace some shadows along the white heat embossed edges. The blooms and leaves were done with just making tiny dots clustered of color on the panels and The handle has some silver gel pen and glitter pen on it. You can find this challenge here and see a closer look at the umbrella here on the blog. tfl.

Great job with the umbrella, Stacy. I like that you heat embossed it....makes it stand out. The leaves and blooms are really sweet. Thanks for a great site this week.

Awww! How cute!! I love your Vera Bradley inspired umbrella. How cute to use just the frame of the umbrella and add shadows and marker flowers. Beautiful!!!

Stacy, you were so clever to get the translucence of the inspiration piece to work on your card!! Amazing! I love the little flowers you added. Great job!
