I made this card for this week's Inspiration Challenge. If you look at the challenge you can see my inspiration. It is a panel of 4 feathers and is the first thumbnail.
I drew one of the feathers on piece of patterned paper with a gray watercolor pencil. Then I sketched in the details with Inktense pencils and blended with water. I didn't intend to actually get out the watercolor paints, but my background was so blue that I needed them to put the white in. Then I added the white lines and dots with a white pen. I stamped the script using a Misti and vintage photo distress ink. Then I spattered it with vintage photo and a toothbrush. Last I stamped the sentiment with MFT's Extreme Black ink. Then I mounted it on a piece of patterned paper that looks like an inked bg. I think it's from Basic Grey.
