for my inspiration - I picked the volcano picture in the calendar detail page.
Super fast card - I did a quick water color wash, added in a mountain in the background and some little rockish parts in the front. Then I took some white water color and put in some smoke and splatters. Then I stamped my sentiment and some palm trees.

Wow, Nancy, I am so impressed (and jealous), that you can whip out a lovely card like this quickly!! I love all the differences in your sandy area and the sponged edges - faved!

Ha, its so funny what some of us think is a quick card... this would have taken me forever to plot out where the things should be in the scene. I love how the colors flow Nancy.

Fabulous scene, Nancy. I love the watercolor wash and the rocks and smoke. I'm amazed you did this so quick; it looks like it would take someone awhile to create this card. It's lovely.
