I suppose I could get kicked out of the galleries for this, but ...
for Robin's 'Baby It's Cold Outside' I used the December (what could be colder here in the USA than Dec?) flower of the month, Narcissus. To me the Marina Mist is an icey blue. Sometimes we do have a patch or two of green grass showing here in Ohio in Dec so I have a swath of green. I used the sponge brayer for the background in different directions.
Also, for Sabrina's White Detail WTUI challenge, I splattered diluted white acrylic paint. It doesn't show much in the photo.
I colored with Spectrum Noir pens - DG2,CT2; PL2,GB1,2; TN3. I tried to follow the photo on the stamp.
Thanks for stopping by.

that is so funny that that particular bulb is for December ( who knew? I would have guessed maybe Poinsettias) I think that is really smart to put them on the icy blue background

Oh, Karen, I LOVE the blue you've used along with the narcissus. It's beautiful and makes for a cool, soothing card! Love that sweet little dragonfly too! We've got lots of them starting to fly around -- means it's getting warm. Anyway, your card is perfect! Hugs, sweet friend! xoxo

You are thinking outside the box and no challenge police allowed! Your Narcissus image is so pretty! This is a very soothing card! Beautiful background! (Your comment on my VW card made me smile!)
