If I had the computer skills that some of you have, this would have been easier and quicker to make. For those of you with my limited computer skills, here is a short description of how to turn any image into a post card. I found 3 digi images...not post cards..that I liked and printed them in the size I wanted. There are a lot of blank post card type images on the internet, so I printed one that had the square, circle and 3 address lines and also made it the right size. I put the postcard image in the printer and printed it to see where it landed on the page. I cut out the tent scene, placed it overlapping the postcard image and ran that page through the printer...the post card image printed over it. This gave me a master copy which I then printed, added the rectangle, stamped a image of a postage stamp in the square and colored. I used one of my stamps with script writing, made a little masked area where the address lines are, and stamped the writing. I did that with each of the 3 images. I always save the master copies in case I want to make a future card with them. The map bg is a stamp that I resized and colored. TFL, Francie

Oh, Francie, you are a JOY! What an amazing card for your son, and I'm sure he will treasure this always! Truly, it doesn't matter how skilled you are on the computer, somehow you make it happen. Susie is right that your heart and art are amazing! I could look at this card forever, and I love all the scenes you've created and colored so beautifully! I LOVE it and love you! Hugs! xoxo (P. S. Happy birthday, Brad!)

You know... I am in awe of everyone that uses the computer to print off digital images. :) I think of my self as having computer skills too. ( but printers hate me lol) so, this is very cool I love that it looks like a happy vacation.

Eek, how can I not have commented yet when this is my third time coming back to look at this. When I read your write-up I knew it had to be one of your super-special super-fun cards for your sons. I absolutely love it. Those postcards are brilliant. Great way to use a format I always struggle with.
