It's my pleasure to be your hostess in the Color Challenge this week. I've chosen some bright colors for us to work with, and suggested Flowers as the dessert option.
I used a stamp positioner, but stamped most of the images only one time. The exception was the Daffodil Delight, which I stamped twice. The trick for this technique is that each time you stamp, you immediately go over the image with a water brush. The water helps the ink move slightly, filling in the textured surface of the watercolor paper. I even did a little color blending on that one flower that looks kinda orange. It was stamped in Daffodil Delight and then touched around the edges and center with Berry Burst ink on the tip of my brush.
After all the flowers and leaves were done, I added some details with a white gel pen and a few sequins in the same colors as the flowers.
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

So pretty in these terrific challenge colors! I like the technique you used stamp then blend with a bit of water, it gives a nice look to these pretty flowers!
