I did this at the beginning of the month and forgot to load it, it fits the Dirty Dozen May Christmas card theme. if you look closely at the right corner of the tree printed paper,( its been paper pieced there) the die is only half the tree, so you have to paper piece to get those mat layers and the right side I have not figured out yet how to get perfect cards. ( this is trial #2)There are more (angles) shots of all the May Christmas cards here on the blog tfl

Stacy, this is gorgeous, and I love how this tree opens up and reveals the sentiment inside along with might be another smaller tree ornament (just a thought). You are so clever, and I think the paper-piecing worked out beautifully! You are amazing, my friend! So glad you've joined in for this month's Fan Club/Dirty Dozen Christmas Challenge with yet another card! Hugs, sweet friend!

I rather like this tree, Stacy! But you could maybe try folding just a A2 card size so that only one layer is the split part for the front of the tree. Just a thought, and doing that wouldn't give you the free standing card you get with this fold.
