Ha this is take two... and I am not sure how many times I did pull the image off the square, the very last time was because, I colored the shadows to work in this orientation and then glued it sideways...
I think the square format works better for me than the rectangles. this one was 6" square so the cut lines were at 3" on one side of the score and at 1 1/2" from the outer edges on the other side of the center score. (hopefully that makes sense) the printed paper is double sided. so, some things I learned with this version is, ( that grey green text cardstock? (its one sided so when it is twisted only one side has texture after haha) (that became my template) then when I used the templates to cut the printed paper... I cut it upside down and backwards so I ended up with mostly wood grain showing. I am having fun with this challenge Sabrina, thanks for this challenge & tfl.

I know folds are not your thing, Stacy, so I really appreciate that you took time to try, and persist, with this. And it looks fabulous, a lovely rustic Christmas feel. The square looks great, you nailed the principle of the fold and dimensions. Ha, I cannot tell you how often I have cut wrong line that with oddball panels, like for the tri-shutter.

I've been playing with this fold and I'm growing to love it. I think I might make all my Christmas cards using it--something different. Love your beautiful holly focal point and the weathered wood field. Perfection!
