Since my lunchtime "color therapy" is only about 20...when I sit in my car and color to relax at work, it takes most of the week to finish an image. I was so excited to see that the F4A challenge was perfect for the coloring page I had just finished yesterday....it doesn't take much to make me happy. I would have liked a ribbon for the bow, but I couldn't risk going into the coat closet where I keep my ribbon box, so I used this string that I had in the kitchen. Georgia, the ginormous German Shepherd, does her happy dance by the front door when I go into the coat closet because that is where her leash is. I made this late at night and walking outside was not an option.

Gosh, the mustard and ketchup challenge certainly fell in your favour today, Francie - this couldn't be more perfect. And I prefer ketchup, more red is perfect in my book. What great colouring (I hope it truly is therapy for you, even if it's snatched during your lunch hour), and the layout with the chevron stripes and polka dots and black edging is just great.

Beautiful coloring Francie, and I love the angled panels framing your main panel - the 2 black butterflies are perfect contrast to the bright and busy colors!

Wow, Francie, it's wonderful that you have some time during the work day to do some color therapy. That's fabulous, and this is GORGEOUS! Yes, today's challenge is perfect for this card, and I love the layout and the wonderful "story" about how it all came together! You are a joy! Hugs, sweet friend! xoxo

OH man this DOES work perfect for the challenge. LOVE how you colored it. funny I like to color at work during a break lots of times too....helps de-stress, but I am not smart enough to bring card pictures. Have been doing from coloring books. I did switch to printed off motivational posters for fellow workers , so fun...great job here and I had a chuckle with your sweet pup and the closet door. I have the same one where her treats are, in the closet in my craft room. TFs..:0)

My kids gave me several of these books but I never think to pull them out and actually COLOR. Your piece is bright & fun and perfect for the challenge.
