I needed a few cards for boys and decided to revisit my dachshund cards (here and here))so the dogs are even longer!
I made him using the following:
Long 2.5cm strip is rounded at one end for the body
Tiny heart punch on his rear end
Two small punched hearts for the feet
Paisley die for the head
Egg die for the ear
Double punched a circle for the tail
Triangle punch for the hat
Punch for the balloon
Punch for the bone bow tie
Googly eye, black gem and pompom also required!

I've listed the dies and punches I used in the description underneath the photos - I've got several manufacturers dies and punches so rather than going through all of those, I listed the shapes I've used and you can take it from there?
