I made a trifold card. I began my partially die-cutting the Marylin die but just cutting up to the edge and keep it intact around that edge so that I can score it and make the top folding panel. This panel was made with Neenah Desert Storm 100 lb cardstock. For the middle panel, I used the negative pieces of Neenah Solar White 80 lb cardstock which were colored using copic markers. For the coloring, white die cutting, I dry embossed first, colored the negative spaces and ran it through my die cutting machine again. Keeping the negative pieces on the die I placed a rough die cut on the middle panel and stuck the pieces onto the panel using liquid adhesive. To make a trifold card, I generally cut three pieces of card stock, one 4.25 inches by 5.5 inches and two 4.75 inches by 5.5 inches and score the latter at .5 inches to get a bend which I then adhere to the 4.25 inch panel at the back. So, you get a trifold card. Once the pieces were stuck to the middle panel, I stamped a sentiment from Crafty Friend Stamp set from Simon Says Stamp onto some NSW 90 lb cardstock using Verafine Onyx Black ink. I die cut the sentiment using Stitched Rectangles die from Simon Says Stamp, and then placed it on the top panel using some foam tape. I forgot to place a similar panel at the back of the sentiment, so my foam tape was visible but I urge you to hide your foam tape since the top panel is see through. I added some sequins and colored the negative spaces with some Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Pen to give it some shine!
