Beautiful art on today's inspiration site! I was inspired by this piece. I started by embossing the centers of the flowers in gold EP and then spreading ink on some aluminum foil, spritzed with water and dipped the paper in. Then I stamped the stems in green ink, but it was hard to see, so I had to fill the stems and leaves in with markers. Lastly, I "inked" up the stamp with white acrylic paint and stamped the petals. Finally, I decided to try to make the sentiment using my ScanNCut. I wrote out the sentiment, scanned it into the ScanNCut and saved it as a cut file. Now I can cut this "thanks" any time I want. And I think it came out pretty good!
Time to pay my tax accountant and I always send my check in a thank you card, because she's awesome and makes taxes fun. And because, let's face it, don't we send cards for everything?
