Created the wrinkle free distress background (actually did 3 this is the one I liked). Dried. Placed several drops of glue and smeared with my finger. Dried. Lightly sponged the three colors of distress across the background. This created some darker areas, for a more saturated background. Stamped, colored and die cut the bird, hat and flower. Stamped grass for the bird to stand on. Created the sentiment on my PC and fussy cut.
Cut a black mat. Assembled all the pieces and placed on a white base.

Oh, I can always spot a "Priscilla" card! I love it and love your amazing Crazy Birds! What a beautiful background, and I love the sentiment! Haha! But your bird is amazing and so beautifully colored...along with her stylish hat! Totally delights me and know that it will do the same for someone! Hugs and love, sweet friend! xoxo

Love these crazy old birds. Wonderful card - great sentiment to go with it. :-)
