I combined the two Friday challenges with my card today.
I used brights colors and a flower stencil to celebrate the hats at the Kentucky Derby for today's Free 4 All.
I used two medias and 2 layers for today's Mix Ability - Keep it Simple. I had the background smooshed ink piece left over from last weeks Mix challenge card seen here. I stenciled florals over the background with Ripe Persimmon Distress Ink. Then I die cut the birthday and stamped the happy.

Although I know from your description that you didn't watercolor it, it certainly has that artistic look of a "juicy" watercolor. Just beautiful, Julia.

So gorgeous, Julia! I love these colors together and this is just a color explosion! Brilliant and suiting homage to the Derby hats. Eeeee! I just can't get enough of this!

Beautiful smooched & stenciled floral bg - I like the part stamped / part die cut sentiment - I always remember I want to try that AFTER I post a card . . . .
