Today Shirley's F4A has us at the Kentucky Derby, here. I need two Thank You cards & they could not have been any more easy-peasy! Using my free ef from Cardmaking & PaperCrafts magazine, I embossed & sponged on color. I used the TY from Wetlands, masking off the other words. I then die cut using an oval die I received from a friend. I just got my photo done in time before a huge gust of wind & rain arrived. We like to leave corn for the squirrels - doesn't keep them out of the bird feeders though. It's fun to watch them eat it right off the cob! Pesky critters ...
Thanks Shirley for a fun challenge.
May the 4th be with you!
Thanks for stopping by.

May the 4th be with you too! Just said that to my daughter a bit ago. Great look with the sponging on the embossed panel. Great card. :-)

Your card is beautiful. I love how you sponged the red embossed roses for the Derby. Glad the challenge helped you get the two cards you were needing. I love it when things work out like that. Thanks, for playing the challenge with us today.

This is lovely. The sponging of color on the embossed flowers and leaves is such a nice touch and really lets you see how pretty this embossing folder is.
