While I was at it, made a second card for the colour challenge using the same image. Had some fun textured cardstock. After I fussy-cut the image I stamped over it with Versamark and clear embossed it several times until I got a nice glossy finish. It was a very windy day so I was thankful to get a picture of the card in an upright position let alone worry about trying to capture the shine on the image. TFL :-)

Oh, Heather, it's wonderful to see you again back in the gallery, and I know you've been a busy family with the twin grands and traveling as snowbirds. I've missed you -- we all have! But what a beautiful card for this week's Color Challenge, and I love how you've used this beautiful flower and added a wonderful gloss to it. It must be prettier IRL with the textured paper too! Hope spring warms up and that you enjoy the summer! Hugs and love, sweet friend! xoxo

Beautiful card, Heather. Now, I know where our wind is coming from...it never stops.
