Robin's (stamperrobin) fun Free For All Challenge today is titled, "It Takes Two". Her request is to create a card with either two images, two techniques, two colors, two embellishments, or two words. Robin's challenge is creative and fun.
I selected two images for my card. The two images are the two puppies sitting on a bench in a flower garden. One is enjoying the garden and the other is sleeping. He spent a lot of time enjoying what puppies do to our flower gardens. Thus, he's quite tired.
I watercolored the elements on the main image as well as the two lilac bunches (another "two"). I accidentally picked up the wrong watercolor marker to color the lilacs; however, I was too far along when I realized it and I was not redoing them. But the color is the same as some of the flowers in the garden.
I used HFC Lush Lilacs designer paper for the panel behind the image and background. I attached all of the elements to a 6x6 piece of white cardstock.
I added some sparkles and crystal drops to the floral bunches and three Swarovski Crystals to the upper right corner of the image panel.

Bev I loved every inch of this right up until I got to "Accessories" section.....all I own is the tape! You are going to send me broke LOL. You are an enabler extraordinaire my dear friend!! I digress, back to your beautiful creation. Your watercolouring is precious, this looks like a page from a vintage story book. Ahhhhh big happy sigh at everything here.

Those puppies are as sweet as can be!! I just love the sweet scene with the Lilac collection paper and Lush Lilacs too!! Everything together is just gorgeous!

What could be better...puppies and lilacs, two of my favs things. The different layers and 3d flowers creates such a lovely garden scene. The lilac dp is so terrific and the crystals are such a nice addition.
