The card was die cut with a scalloped die (twice). A die cut mat was stamped ("Make A Wish") and gold embossed and then adhered to the card base. Balloons were die cut and then ink blended on the left side and a white gel pen was used to add a highlight to right side. I put a piece of string on them and then I used foam adhesive tape to pop up the balloons. It still needed a little sumthin', sumthin', so I added glitter glue to random confetti holes (you probably can't see them but they're there!).

Your scalloped card base looks so festive and adds to the fun of this pretty birthday card! I like the oval confetti panel with the embossed sentiment~

Great card! Love the ink blending on the balloons--it gives so much added dimension. I also like that you used real string on the balloons. Really nice extra touch. Tfs!
