I got the image from a tickle few months ago may have been shoegirl---if I am wrong please let me know to give you credit. Have cream card base with slight design thru it, then had dp paper that made me think vintage so scanned it onto card stock for next layer, sponged the edges and added some sponging here and there for color----did the same around edged of my image in different colors. Water colored my lady in different , light colors, rounded the edges and added half pearls for flower centers and popped onto the vintage base.

That is an amazing image and just perfect for the challenge. The soft colouring is also spot on. Thanks for your message...away from home for the weekend but I'll keep an eye out when I get back.

Donna Jeanne...what a lovely watercolored vintage lady! I was in awe of your beautiful card even before it arrived, and could hardly wait to see it in RIL! I love your vintage background paper with it sponged edging and the lady's background that you have also sponged...great colors on the sponging, giving it an aged look. I am so appreciative of all my lovely cards that so many of you were to caring to send me.
I apologize for the late commenting. I've gotten back to being able to use my computer with legs down a bit more each day, so have been trying to play catch up! And, yes, in answer to your card comment, all those cards did make me feel ever so much better...they are all so lovely!
