For today's Color Challenge CC683.
I had so much fun creating my own hexagon background with these colors & papers. Each Hexagon layer was cut with cutting dies by Sue Wilson. Each is placed side-by-side to create the hexagon background to match the main panel. A few of these hexagons have been dry embossed (with SW's Maggie die) for texture. (this is done by running your dies through your machine with just the embossing plates sandwich & not cutting. The SW Pierced Flags to hold the sentiment.
Stamps: HMD Sentiment is by Stampa Rosa, (the image is from HMD Decoupage sheets, not stamp)
Paper: Purplish Blue CS, Off-White CS, Multi-Colored File Folders (which were cut-up and used to cut my hexagon die shapes).
Paper Size: 5x6
Ink: Copics (to color the white pearls blue)
Accessories: Recollections Adhesive Pearls (colored in with Copic Marker to match the blueberries in image). The following CE Cutting Dies by Sue Wilson; Pacific Island Collection: Bora Bora, Fiji & Tahiti dies. From Frames & Tags Coll; Maggie & Pierced Flags Dies.

Oh my, your hexagon background is fabulous! That was certainly a labor of love, and it's so cute how you incorporated a larger one for the adorable housemouse. So glad you were able to join the CC today!

Oh, America! I LOVE this card! What fun to put all these hexagons together! Much like quilting to me, and you know I've quilted years ago (till the stamping craze got a hold of me). I absolutely love how you've used the colors, and what a sweet mouse! Never seen one I didn't love (on a stamp). Thanks for joining us for the Color Challenge this week! I love it! Hugs! xoxo

Well first I have to say I love how you colored the mouse and esp the individual berries. Wow. And how you made it's own space so perfectly with the feet touching the sides like it is holding itself in place.
And then we have the hexes...that was a ton of work there! And I am loving the bold colors!
This is a keeper.
