I was happily making this for a challenge sample yesterday and when I was finished (and very happy with it) I realised that I had really only met half the challenge brief. So it was back to the drawing board on that one, and this just goes into my general stash.
I used the Faux Linen tutorial. En Francais stamped in StazOn brown on glossy card, then sanded. I stamped a frame of foliage with Timeless Textures and Forest Moss, and added a pen border. Stamped half the sentiment on the base panel and half on the polaroid frame. The backing for that is an old Tyvek experiment , no idea what I used on it except that there's a flourish embossed in gold. I added two fussy-cut birds (SN clear glitter on some of the parrot's feathers) and a little spray of foliage tucked into the frame.

A very lovely card, Sabrina. Both of the bg panels are works of art all by themselves. You really could just go through all of your bgs and frame them...it would be a gorgeous gallery of color, textures, and designs. I especially like the script bg stamp on this card. I sure hope that you are feeling better after all those sick days.
