I'm a color gal, and I loved the bold contrast of the purple and orange in this image here, and I was itching to use my tulip stamp again.
This time I used a panel of alcohol smooshed ink for the bg AND the tulips. After the alcohol ink panels (on yupo paper) were dry I stamped the bg stamp on each of them (using staz on ink). I fussy cut the tulips on the purple one and adhered them to the other panel. Die cut a white frame with rectangle dies, stamped the sentiment. Added white gel pen to some of the raindrops, and trimmed the panel down to fit in the opening that I made in the white frame, adhered this to the card front. Adhered the frame with dimensionals.

Oh Maura, this is stunning. If I could make something this gorgeous I would make one in every color combo. The alc ink bg is so beautiful and the big tulips are fabulous.

This is GORGEOUS! I love that intense colour! Your card really gives a shot of life in a very dull unspring-like day! Thanks for the process details and the beautiful view!
