This is for Mary's Color Challenge - Party on Flamingo Island - with dessert of your own choice. Using one stamp set, I made two coordinating cards - His & Hers. On the images, I watercolored the envelopes with Pool party and the shape with Island Indigo and then used the colors on the candles and flowers. The layering panels are embossed with hearts or stars to match the shape on envelope. I also used an enamel shape to match the shapes for my Color Challenge dessert. Applied Wink of Stella to the candle flames and flower centers. Not so much a masculine color combo, but it worked. Linking for Wendy's Free 4 All challenge to make a Dude card. It was fun to make matching cards for these terrific challenges. TFL

Oh, Diane, I LOVE both of these cards, and the colors look fabulous on each one! I love how you've used the heart/star theme for each card and always wish I bought the heart embossing folder. It's so perfect. Beautifully done, and I think this is very easily a dude card! It's funny to see some of the older sets being used the last week or so...been making me think twice about parting with some of them. This is a sweet set, and you've used it so well! Love how you've used this week's colors, and now you have two cards! Fun! Hugs! xoxo

I love seeing your side by side renditions! Great to see how the same colours can be given a guy/gal switch by the choice of which one to emphasize and using different design motifs. This is a beautiful set of cards!
