I excited (and honored) to be joining the Color Challenge team this month as a guest designer! This week's colors had me stumped until I saw this adorable stuffed rabbit in a set that I am trying to decide whether to keep it or not. I love this bunny for making baby cards. I colored her up (yes, these are girlish colors with the Flirty Flamingo bow), and as usual got stuck with a layout. I looked through my MFT Blueprints dies and found one of the layouts that worked for this card. It was fun to color (my favorite part of making a card), and I tried to make her look a little soft and cuddly. I used one of my favorite embossing folders, and white embossed the sentiment from a retired Flourishes LLC set. The rest is just putting it together.
This week's dessert is "Anything Goes." My dessert is that I white embossed the sentiment! I cannot remember having done that in years! I also believe I was a little "piggy" with dessert and used pointillism for my bunny's fur! ;)
Hope you join us for this week's color challenge, and thanks for taking a closer look at my card. Hope you are having a wonderful week! Hugs, all!

Such a delightful bunny Cheryl! Your coloring is amazing as always, and I love the texture you achieved on her. The embossed background and white scallop vertical piece add just the right touches! So glad you're a guest designer this month!

Wow Cheryl...that bunny looks so soft I want to hug my computer screen. I just love your coloring. I am so glad that you are a guest designer this month because it means a wonderful Cheryl card every Monday night. That big pink bow is the perfect finishing touch to a sensational card.
