March Gallery Theme: Spring Fever. I used a Floral.
For today's WT: It's all about Water. First, I wet my wc paper, then I diluted a drop of Tangerine ink with water and did a wash. Next, I splattered less diluted ink with a brush all over the bg. Colored the flower image with Stampin'blend cherry markers and a black & cherry marker direct to the stamp for leaves and berries, then fussy cut. I used the bird punch for the other leaves, a piece of tangerine ribbon, the stitched circle with sentiment and rhinestones, and stamped the sun rays in tangerine under the ribbon. Wink of Stella on Flower center, Cherry matting is on pop dots. Thanks for stopping in! ~Roberta

Well, your washed background is so beautiful! The gentle spattered effect is lovely, and the hint of the sun's rays peeking out below the sentiment is very effective.

I love this soft speckled look. You chose my favorite color too.

A beautiful background for your pretty spring flower, Roberta. Your color combo is terrific and I love the sentiment. If spring ever gets here, I think many of us will be celebrating!
