It's World Water Day and the WT challenge is water, in it's many crafty forms. I dotted alcohol inks on the baking sheet and dabbed the silky smooth card onto it. Stamped the raindrops and flower heads, and popped the quote up with foam pads. Added a dot of white to the raindrops with a white gel pen ... and a few sequins, just because!

Sandie, your beautiful card just pops in the gallery with those bright colors. The raindrops look dimensional, thanks for the hint to add some white. Thanks for playing in my challenge.

LOL, I was thinking you'd drawn the raindrops a la MIX challenge a long time back. Stamping is MUCH easier, I am sure. They look fabulous on your background. This is your classic CAS style, but I have to say I wouldn't have picked it as yours in the gallery!
