I started this Easter card by sponging my 'rainbow' background using Apricot Appeal, Crisp Cantaloupe, Calypso Coral, Baja Breeze and finally Wisteria Wonder ink onto a Whisper White panel. I stamped the sun in the center with Crisp Cantaloupe ink and added 'confetti' sun spots in Apricot Appeal ink. It was mounted landscape style for the 'wide' element onto a panel of Basic Black, then onto a Calypso Coral card base. I stamped, punched and sponged the flowers, then arranged them over the palm branches. Some scraps of Whisper White were sponged in each of the colors and punched out with the 'star' punch for the flower centers. To get 'one word' I stamped just the top portion of the sentiment stamp from Michaels onto Whisper White in Calypso Coral ink. Then I fussy cut it, glued it to Basic Black and cut it out again. It was added to my card with dimensionals as was one of my large flowers. I completed my card by adding some pearls.

Gorgeous card, Eunice. I love the soft sponging in the rainbow colours! The stars as the flower centers was very creative as was the sun 'confetti'! A very spring-time evoking card! Thanks for playing along at As You See It Challenge!
