For Carla's WTUI challenge - you can find out all the details on the challenge post HERE. I'm attaching a photo showing the shimmer in the fish when I post my link on the challenge thread.
I went back to the bleach technique I used just a couple of weeks back for WT678 - Foxy Oxi.
To create the background, I used the following DOX inks: faded jeans, salty ocean, mermaid lagoon, and peacock feathers. I stamped the fish directly on these - and I had also stamped them and embossed them on white card, ready to colour, fussy-cut and add to the scene. But my coral border was so bright that I decided to leave them plain, just adding shimmer with an SN clear glitter pen.
Joanna Sheen coral border and seaweed cut from watercolour paper and coloured with Prima Watercolor Confections: Tropicals - thank you, Lorraine.
I added a suitable HA sentiment and as a fleck of gilding flake had drifted on from my desk and looked good, I managed to find a couple more. It's framed with a simple white border.

Those cute fish look happy with your water scene. Love the pretty coral border and your watery bg is perfect. Thanks for the fun sample for the challenge, Sabrina!
