I made this card for the Power Poppy challenge - Inspired by Fabric. There were some beautiful blue and yellow floral fabrics on the site that made me think I would love to focus on just part of this digi and color it with the bold colors of those fabrics. It's just so fabulously springy that I had to link it to the Dirty Dozen Spring Fever theme.
I also wanted to try the TLC17 challenge which was to stamp fun foam. I heated the foam until it was nice and soft and stamped the heart on it. I was really surprised at how well the polka dots showed up. Then I trimmed around the heart to attach to my card. I really am having so much fun working my way through these Technique challenges.

Lovely Spring flowers...and the shoe in there is a fun element. Yes, heating fun foam is fun. It's one of those techniques I occasionally wonder about using for Everything Old is New Again.
