I colored the ends of a natural bristle paint brush with markers - spritzed with water and dragged across my card base to make the rainbow. Stamped the Unity girl down below and colored the hair & skin with prismacolor pencils Then paper pieced the Hat and clothing. While most of it was fairly easy, I will admit that the hat was a bit of a "bear" but by then I was too far along to quit . . . .
Finished by stamping my sentiment in turquoise and embossing with clear powder.
