I began by stamping the flowers in the bottom corner with Versamark and white heat embossed. I then sponged the whole card front with DOX. Then, using a wet paint brush, I lifted the ink off of the flowers and painted them in with purple Distress inks.
I splattered the bkg to look more watery.

blue. what a shock. lol. beautiful rendition of those jellyfish......same delicate look. white embossing is my favorite.
