I accidentally got too much Versamark on my tissue paper and so my bg was nearly all gold. I rubbed metallic lustre wax all over the tissue and then buffed off the wrinkles so the gold ep would show through.
I like vintage look cards, and found this photo on Pinterest. I colored her pink flowers with Copics, her lips with fine point red marker, put a dot of gel pen in each eye, and diluted a little of the metallic wax into a lot of water and gently watercolored her dress to match the bg. An oval frame finishes my lady. TFL and the fun challenge!

Oh my! Isn't she elegant! I love your green and gold gilded look. Somehow it reminds me of smoking lounges of long ago. Your colouring on that vintage image is bang on. Looks fabulous!

LOL - I am SO OLD that my Graduation picture was hand tinted in this way!!! There was a lady at the photography shop who did nothing but add colored highlights to the sepia toned photos all day long. You really maxed out the shimmer and shine on this card with gilding, lustre wax, and that practically iridescent gold base card - well done.
