For today's Mixability challenge to use blue with an accent of purple.
I rubbed Broken China DOX ink on my craft mat - spritzed with water and dragged/pounced a panel of Bristol Smooth surface paper through it. I dried it with my heat tool then did the same thing with Wilted Violet DOX ink. Then I flicked water over the panel and dried with heat tool and paper towel.
I laid a stencil over one edge of the panel and spread white embossing paste through the stencil and let it dry. Washing off the stencil immediately. I like how the purple bled into the white embossing paste!
I die cut the wedding couple, gothic window and sentiment strip out of white card. I stamped the sentiment in black on the strip.
I layered all the dies over the panel with foam dots. I added little flowers on the window.

Wonderful, almost cosmic explosion behind your wedding couple. Love the looks of your stenciled embossing paste and how fortuitous that the ink bled through - that way it adds beautiful texture without overpowering your pristine white die cuts.

I too love the way the colour bled into the embossing paste. Actually at first I wondered if it was a transparent medium, which is what one of my texture pastes is. What a gorgeous wedding card.
